Community and Vocational work

Each year, the Rotary Club sponsors the work of the Life
Education Caravan.  This is an educational project for primary
school children looking at health education and drug awareness
Appropriate to that age range.  First schools in the Moorlands
Area have access to this project.

The Club supports many individual requests from a wide variety of
local charitable causes.  If your charity could benefit from our help
Please contact the Club.

Health Awareness Day in late April each year affords an opportunity
For people to check their blood pressure and other health issues.
This is a valuable community initiative that identifies those who need
Further medical help.  The day is run jointly with the Rotary Club of
Endon and Stockton Brook.
