200 Local people in 40 teams will be swimming a distance of over three marathons
In this event to help the work of many local Charities. Please think about getting a
team of between 4 and 8 people together and come to give your help in raising
those much needed funds.
The Swimathon takes place at the Brough Park Leisure Centre, Leek. Each team is
Given one lane of the baths for one hour to swim as many lengths as they are able.
Money is raised from sponsorship of the team members.
You will be able to nominate a charity of your choice for 50% of the money raised,
The remainder being distributed by the Rotary Club of Leek, mainly to local charities
but with some going to Rotary National and International Charities.
